These buildings are extremely small!
The office can fit in the palm of a hand being only 2-1/2" x 2-1/4".
The shop building is a bit longer but still small at 7" long and 3-1/4"
wide. The height of each is less then 2-1/2 inches. All
plans were developed from prototype photos as shown above.
An avid Z scale modeler and owner of Nansen Models, John Bartolotto,
wanted a very detailed version of two buildings in upstate New York for
his own Z scale empire. From limited historical and recent photos,
and no drawings, we developed these two custom scale buildings
using laser cut parts and plastic building materials. John is
stationed in Germany working for the US government so all communication
was done via the internet; proving that no matter what your location in
the world we can work with you.
