The model is based on a typical speeder shed or tool house found on most
railroads but elevated with a trestle underneath for construction on a
slope.  It can also be assembled on a flat section of land.  The typical
Speeder Shed is where the railroad stored maintenance parts, extra signs,
tools, hand cars, velocipedes, and in later years, motorized speeders.  The
shed was positioned on a section of track where a crew could be called out
to inspect and do small repairs to the track within its section.

The kit includes laser cut bass wood, fiber board, and plastic parts.  Also
included are peel and stick window, trim parts, and roofing plus printed
signs, and laser cut details.  Assembly is made easy by tab and slot parts,
diagrams and photo instructions that explain not only how to build the model
but how to paint the structure for a realistic new look or an old weathered
finish.
